We were hired to help with a 40th birthday celebration. With drinks being a key component to any party, the client knew that having professional bartenders would be one of many necessities to an enjoyable and successful celebration. Here's how it went.
PARTY DETAILS
Number Of Guests - 40
Hours Of Service - 4 (6:00 PM - 10:00 PM)
Service Request - provide everything needed for serving a modified bar (2 signature cocktails + beer and wine) minus the alcohol. For a casual backyard gathering, the client provided their own 5-ft table. We provided an extra 6-ft table and white linen for back bar/storage.
As the bar service, signature cocktail ideas were suggested. Here's what the client selected.

A spin on the classics, cocktails were named to complement the occasion. The client provided the alcohol using our provided customized shopping list. We provided glassware, the non-alcoholic cocktail components, fresh and craft garnishes, ice, and more!

It's always encouraged for the party host to shop for their group. With that in mind, wine was not provided for this party. 95% of the party enjoyed cocktails with a few male guests enjoying the European beer varieties ranging from 4%-9% ABV (alcohol by volume).
