PRTYSZN was created to bring more intention to the way we celebrate.

After years behind the bar, it became clear that drinks were often treated as an afterthought. Overly sweet, and disconnected from the moment they were meant to serve. ​PRTYSZN began as a response to that. A quieter, more considered approach to celebration.

​

Today, PRTYSZN offers mobile bartending for private events and gatherings, rooted in preparation, and attention to detail. We simplify the experience for the host while staying mindful of what’s being served, how it’s made, and the impact it leaves behind.

 

All cocktails and mocktails are prepared using fresh, from-scratch ingredients. We avoid off-the-shelf mixers, artificial colors, flavor enhancers, and excess sugars. Menus are built to complement the season.  Lighter when it calls for it, warmer when it doesn’t.

Our approach to sustainability is practical and intentional. We do not provide single-use disposables. Service is supported with real glassware, reusable tools, and other earth-friendly alternatives. Glass is recycled after every event.

Our job is to support the host.  From menu development to the last glass being cleaned.

 

With over a decade of bartending experience, we understand how preparation and pacing shape the flow of an event.
